CushWake Gets Green in Orlando

The Orlando office of Cushman & Wakefield is doing more than just talking about going green. It has put together a plan and is putting it into action.

The branch has instituted initiatives to enhance energy efficiency, improve resource management and reduce its carbon footprint. Local sustainability projects include sponsoring associates wanting LEED professional accreditation from the US Green Building Council, identifying and transitioning into new sustainable offices, and forming a local “green team” responsible for compliance with corporate sustainability goals and initiating creative sustainability practices for the Orlando office.
